Bonus terms

1. General information

The bonus balance is incentive credit the Platform gives clients for balance top-ups, through the referral programme, for writing reviews and in other promotions. The bonus balance is not real money; it cannot be cashed out or transferred to a bank account.

2. Earning bonuses

• Balance top-ups: top-ups above a certain amount earn a bonus at the percentage set in the settings;
• Referral programme: once the invited user's first real-money payment (an order payment or a confirmed top-up) reaches the minimum amount, both the inviter and the invitee receive a bonus; the inviter may also receive an extra milestone bonus for a certain number of successful invites (amounts and limits are shown on the Referral page);
• Review bonus: a bonus of a set amount may be given for writing a review of a completed order.

3. Using bonuses

The bonus balance can only be used within the Platform to cover part of service payments. The maximum share of an order that can be paid with the bonus balance is limited to the threshold set in the settings — the rest of the order must be covered from the main balance or another payment method.

4. Bonus validity

Each bonus "lot" is valid for the period set in the settings from the date it was earned. After that period, any unused bonus automatically becomes invalid.

5. Restrictions

• The bonus balance is not taken into account in refunds (see the Refund policy);
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user;
• If abuse is detected (fake registrations, misuse of the referral system and so on), the Company reserves the right to cancel bonuses or block the account.

6. Changes

The Company may change the terms of the bonus programme (percentages, limits, validity) at any time; changes apply to newly earned bonuses and do not affect rights to bonuses already earned.
