How much does a website cost?

"How much is a website?" can't be answered with one number — it's like asking the price of a car. But if you know what makes up the price, you can plan your budget in advance and compare quotes properly.

What determines the price

  • The type of site. A one-page presentation (landing page), a corporate site of a few pages, a news portal or an online store — each is a different amount of work.
  • Features. Online booking, payments, multiple languages, search, user accounts — each means extra work.
  • Design. A site built on a ready-made template costs less than a custom design.
  • Content. Whether you provide the copy and photos, or we prepare them.
  • Integrations. Connecting to a bank, inventory software, a CRM or a courier service raises the price the most.

Costs after the site is built

A site needs a domain and hosting every year to run. Hosting in our catalog starts at 15 AZN a month; paying yearly, you pay for 10 months instead of 12. You can also take a technical support package for updates, security and backups. Include these costs for the first year when planning your budget.

How do I compare quotes?

When you see a big price gap between two quotes, ask:

  • How many pages and which features are included?
  • Are the mobile version, SSL and basic SEO setup included in the price?
  • Will you be able to change the content yourself through an admin panel?
  • For how long after handover are corrections made free of charge?
  • Whose name will the domain and site files be in?

A cheap quote often means "no" to one of these questions, and the difference comes back later as extra costs.

How to save money

  1. Start small: the main pages and contacts — then expand.
  2. Prepare the copy and photos in advance.
  3. Show 2–3 sites you like as examples — the design stage gets shorter.
  4. Pay for hosting yearly — it's cheaper than paying monthly.
