If you want to cancel a service, switch off the auto-renewal toggle on the subscription card on the «Abunəliklər» (Subscriptions) page.
What happens then
- The service keeps running until the end of the paid period;
- On the day the period ends, no payment is taken from your balance and the service is suspended immediately — subscriptions with auto-renewal turned off don't get a grace period.
Before you cancel
- Make a backup of your site's files, database and mailboxes;
- If your domain is with us, remember it has its own registration period — the domain has to be renewed separately from hosting.
If you change your mind
Turn the toggle back on before the period ends. If the service has already been suspended, contact support — as long as the hosting account hasn't been deleted, it can be restored.
