Hosting and other recurring services work as subscriptions. You can see them all on the «Sifarişlərim → Abunəliklər» (My orders → Subscriptions) page.
When a period ends, the subscription fee is taken from your balance automatically and the service is extended for the next period. Your bonus balance is used automatically for hosting payments too.
The top of the subscriptions page shows your current balance and the amount due within the next 7 days. If the balance falls short, it shows by how much. We send a reminder as the renewal date approaches.
If payment can't be taken, the service is suspended — for example, the site stops loading. VIP and grace-status clients get a grace period before suspension. As soon as you top up and renew, the service is active again.
Use the «Müddəti artır» (Extend) button on the subscription card to pay for an extra period at any time. The renewal counts from the end of the current period — you don't lose a single day.
Tip: topping up a few months ahead removes the risk of forgetting and earns you a top-up bonus.
