Notifications: email, SMS and push

We notify you about important events in your account: order status, payments and balance, subscription renewals, support replies and so on.

Notification centre

All notifications are collected on the «Bildirişlər» (Notifications) page of your account. You can filter them by category (for example «Ödəniş və balans» — payments and balance, «Abunəlik» — subscription) or show only unread ones, and mark them all as read with one click.

Channels

• Email — invoices, receipts and notifications go to the email in your profile;
• SMS — to your confirmed phone number;
• Push — to devices where you've installed the account and enabled push in «Profil → Bildirişlər» (Profile → Notifications).

Which notifications can I turn off?

Order notifications, payment receipts and subscription reminders are part of the service and are always sent. You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from emails about offers and discounts at any time in «Profil → Bildirişlər» (Profile → Notifications).
