What is the bonus balance and how is it used?

Your account has two balances: the main balance (real money you've paid in) and the bonus balance (bonuses earned from referrals, reviews, top-ups and promotions).

What can I pay for with bonus?

The bonus balance is used automatically for hosting orders and renewals (and other services that accept bonuses). Up to 50% of each payment can come from bonus, and the rest is taken from the main balance. Website development, design, SEO and similar services are currently paid from the main balance only.

Example: for a 20 AZN hosting renewal, if your bonus balance has enough, 10 AZN is paid from bonus and 10 AZN from the main balance.

Bonus validity

Each bonus is valid for 180 days from the day it was earned. We notify you about bonuses that are about to expire. Payments always use the bonuses expiring soonest first.

Good to know

• Bonuses can't be cashed out or transferred to a bank account or another user.
• The bonus part isn't returned in a refund.
