Logging in and resetting your password

Logging in

On the login page, enter your phone number or email and your password. Email login only works once your email address is confirmed.

If two-step verification is on for your account, you'll also be asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after the password.

If you've forgotten your password

1. On the login page, click «Şifrəni unutmusunuz?» (Forgot your password?).
2. Enter your phone number or confirmed email.
3. A reset link is sent to your phone by SMS and to your email as a message.
4. Open the link and set a new password (at least 10 characters).

When you change your password, all sessions on other devices are closed automatically.

"Page has expired" warning

If the login page has been open for a long time, the form must be refreshed for security reasons. Reload the page and log in again.
