How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the «Hesabı sil» (Delete account) section at the bottom of the «Profil» (Profile) page.

How it works

1. Confirm your password and press «Silinməni tələb et» (Request deletion).
2. You're logged out straight away.
3. If you change your mind within 30 days, contact support to cancel the request.
4. After 30 days, your personal data is anonymised.

Good to know

• Financial history (payments, receipts, invoices) is kept for accounting as required by law;
• If you have active hosting or other services, back up your site and email before deleting;
• If you have a question about unused funds on your balance, write to support before deleting.
