How to work with iCode.az: a quick guide

iCode.az brings website development, hosting, domains and digital services together in one place. All orders, payments and documents are managed in your client account (my.icode.az). This guide briefly explains the first steps.

1. Create an account

Sign up at my.icode.az/register with your first name, last name, phone number and a password. Your number is confirmed with an SMS code. More: How do I sign up?

2. Choose a service

There are three ways in your account:

• «Xidmətlər» (Services) — order fixed-price services directly (hosting, ready-made website packages and so on);
• «Sayt Konstruktoru» (Website builder) — choose a site type and the features you need and see the price instantly;
• «Təklif tələb et» (Request a quote) — describe your requirements for a custom project and get a price quote.

3. Top up and pay

Services are paid from your account balance. You top up by bank transfer; once the payment is confirmed, pending orders are paid automatically. More: How do I top up my balance?

4. Follow the progress

Order status, hosting subscriptions, domains, receipts and invoices are all visible in your account. You get a notification about every important change.

5. If you have a question

Open a request in «Dəstək → Müraciətlər» (Support → Requests) — our team will reply there.
