All services in your account are paid from the main balance. You top it up by bank transfer.
Step by step
- On the «Maliyyə → Balans» (Finance → Balance) page, press «Balans artır» (Top up).
- Enter an amount or pick one of the quick amounts. The minimum and maximum are shown in the form.
- Press «Davam et» (Continue) — you'll be shown a unique reference code and bank details.
- Make the transfer from your banking app or at a branch. Be sure to put the reference code in the payment reference field — that's how we match the payment to your account.
- If you like, upload the payment receipt on the same page. It's optional, but speeds up confirmation.
What happens next
- Once the transfer is checked and confirmed, the amount is added to your balance and you get a notification;
- Any orders waiting for payment are paid automatically;
- Top-ups awaiting confirmation appear on the Balance page as «Təsdiq gözləyən» (Pending).
Bonus
Larger top-ups earn a bonus. Current tiers:
- 200 AZN or more — 2%
- 500 AZN or more — 3%
- 1 000 AZN or more — 5%
- 3 000 AZN or more — 7%
