A promo code is a discount code given out during promotions or individually.
Where to enter it
- When ordering — in the promo code field of the payment form;
- When accepting a custom quote — in the «Promo kod» field on the quote page.
If the code is valid, the discount is calculated automatically and shown before you pay.
If the code doesn't work
- Check you've typed it without spaces and with the right letters;
- The code may have expired or reached its usage limit;
- Some codes only apply to certain services.
When discounts are combined (for example, a loyalty discount plus a promo code), a cap on the total discount may apply.
