How do I order a service?

1. Open the «Xidmətlər» (Services) section in your account. Services are grouped by category.
2. Choose the service you need and check its terms and price.
3. Confirm the order. If your balance is enough, payment is taken straight away and work begins.

If your balance isn't enough

The order is created with the «Ödəniş gözlənilir» (Awaiting payment) status. The order page shows the missing amount, and you can top up straight away with the «Balansı artırın» (Top up your balance) link. As soon as the funds arrive, the order is paid automatically.

Statuses

• «Ödəniş gözlənilir» (Awaiting payment) — the order is created, payment not yet received;
• «Ödənildi» (Paid) — payment received, the work is queued;
• «İcra olunur» (In progress) — our team is working on it;
• «Tamamlandı» (Completed) — the work has been delivered;
• «Ləğv edildi» (Cancelled) or «Geri qaytarıldı» (Refunded).

Packages

The «Paketlər» (Packages) section bundles several services at a better price than ordering them separately, and shows how much you save with each package.
