Terms of use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website and client portal (the "Platform") provided by iCode (the "Company", "we"). By using or registering on the Platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms, as well as to our Privacy policy and Refund policy.

2. Creating an account

To use the Platform fully, you need to create an account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering (name, email address and so on). Users are responsible for the security of their account (keeping the password confidential).

3. Services and orders

Website development, hosting, subscriptions and other digital services can be ordered through the Platform. An order can be cancelled while its status is "Awaiting payment". Once paid, fulfilment of the order is governed by the Refund policy.

4. Balance and bonuses

Users may use a main balance (real funds) and a bonus balance (from promotions, the referral programme and other incentives). Detailed rules for the bonus balance are set out on the Bonus terms page.

5. User obligations

  • To use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
  • To keep account details confidential and tell us immediately about any suspicious activity;
  • To refrain from activity that violates the rights of other users or the Company (including unauthorised access to the system and spreading malicious code).

6. Limitation of liability

While the Company strives for uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Platform, it is not liable for technical failures or interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, payment systems and so on). To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Platform is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
