When a domain or SSL certificate expires, the site either won't load at all or visitors see a red "Not secure" warning. Your email may stop working too.
Domain
A domain's registration is separate from hosting — paying for hosting doesn't renew the domain;
Check the expiry date in the «Domenlər» (Domains) section and plan the renewal a month ahead;
If the domain is registered in your name, don't let the registrar's email reminders get lost in your spam folder;
An expired domain is released after a while and can be bought by someone else — the hardest loss to recover from.
SSL certificate
From 2026 the maximum lifetime of certificates is getting shorter and renewing them by hand is becoming impractical — use automatic renewal;
You can see the certificate's status in the SSL certificate row of the «Domenlər» (Domains) section;
If some pages of your site open over HTTPS and others over HTTP, write to support.
