If emails from your corporate address (for example, [email protected]) land in customers' spam folders, the cause is usually your domain's DNS settings.
- Make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are set up. Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook filter emails without these records more and more strictly;
- A domain must have only one SPF record — two separate records make both invalid;
- To check, send yourself an email at a Gmail address and look under "Show original" for PASS on SPF, DKIM and DMARC;
- In bulk mailings, include an unsubscribe link and remove undeliverable addresses from your list;
- Avoid all-caps subject lines and lots of exclamation marks;
- Don't make an email out of one big image — include text as well.
If your domain is with us and the records need setting up, open a request and tell us which email service you use (Yandex, Google and so on).
