If a payment doesn't arrive on time, hosting is suspended and the site stops loading. It's very easy to prevent.
Top up your balance in advance. Add several months' worth at once — renewals go through automatically, and a larger amount earns you a top-up bonus.
Watch the "due within 7 days" amount. The top of the «Abunəliklər» (Subscriptions) page shows what will be charged in the coming days and whether your balance covers it.
Keep your contact details up to date. Reminders arrive by email, SMS and push — make sure the email and phone in your profile are correct.
Keep auto-renewal on. A subscription with auto-renewal switched off stops on the day its period ends, with no grace period.
Let your accounts department know. If you pay from a company account, remember a bank transfer can take a day or two and plan the payment ahead. The invoices and documents you need are in your account.
